Anand hospital had organised live 2 days operative workshop in January-2009 and
2011, which were appreciated by young upcoming laparoscopic surgeons
who
had attended. A wide variety of benign and malignant disease of GI tract were operated and
also Gynaecology and Urology cases were demonstrated leading by faculties from India and
abroad.
We are once again organising a similar workshop for laparoscopic
Surgeons and Gynaecologist. We always strive to make it a surgical feast for our
delegates
with lively interactions. This year we are having 6 leading faculties from different parts of
country. A wide variety of cases will be demonstrated so even surgeons who are learning
laparoscopic surgery will gain and so also those who are doing advanced surgery.
Trained as surgical oncologist from TATA Cancer Hospital Mumbai, Sep. 1984 to Dec. 1987.
6 months fellowship as Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Centre New York Jan. 1988 to June
1988.
Practice as surgical Oncologist as Surat, Gujarat since Sep.1988.
Organised 2 live operative Workshop for Laparoscopy Surgery in 2009 & 2011.
Invited guest speaker as LASGO-2012 Bangkok (International association od Surgeons.
Gastroentrologist & Oncologist) for Laparoscopic Pelvic Exenteration.
Have presented papers as LASGO 2009 Beijing and LASGO 2010 Tokyo.
